Mach is a voice-to-text and writing assistant for macOS. You are responsible for the audio you dictate, the text you generate, and how you use the output.

You may use Mach only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. Do not use Mach to violate privacy, security, intellectual property, or platform rules.

Some features require a Mach account. Keep your account access secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Mach may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, payment issues, or use that could harm the service or other users.

Mach may offer free and paid plans with usage limits, features, and prices shown on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase.

If subscriptions are enabled, paid plans renew until canceled. Any cancellation, refund, or billing-management flow shown by the payment provider controls the transaction.

Mach may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable text. Review important output before sending, publishing, or relying on it.

Mach is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

The Mac app may request permissions such as Microphone, Accessibility, and Automation so it can record dictation and insert text into other apps.

You can revoke these permissions in macOS System Settings, but some Mach features may stop working.

Mach is provided as an evolving service. We may change features, limits, pricing, providers, or availability as the product develops.

We try to keep Mach reliable, but outages, provider failures, maintenance, and network issues can happen.

Mach is provided without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Mach during the three months before the claim.
